    Scholarship students who are eligible for an annual ticket will receive a round-trip ticket after completing their final exams in the Spring semester every year, allowing them to travel during the summer vacation.

    Self-funded international students must settle all due fees after the add/drop period and before the commencement of the next academic semester.

    International students must settle their residence permits either by cancelling or transferring them to another sponsor after graduation. If opting to cancel the permit and leave Qatar, students can stay for up to 5 days after receiving their graduation statement. For transferring the residence permit, required documents must be submitted within one month after final exams, and complete the transfer process within 2 months.

    Qatar residents can stay out of the country continuously for up to a maximum period of 180 days if their residence permit is valid. Beyond 180 days, an entry permit is required before completing 360 days or before the residence permit expires, whichever comes first.
