Instructions for Visiting the University Textbooks Section
To receive printed textbooks, students should visit the University Textbooks Section in the Student Affairs Building (I11) - ground floor and follow these instructions:
Important Points and Instructions:
- Students cannot return printed textbooks after purchase.
 - Students may exchange a defective printed book within one month of receipt.
  - Fees can be paid online via the 
                     e-payment system available 24/7, or at the Treasury Office in the Student Affairs Building (I11) (male and female sections). These fees include textbook, packaging and bag fees.

                     Students may obtain an additional copy of the textbook during the same semester if they have previously received a subsidized copy. The additional copy will be charged at the full price without any subsidy.

                     A student may obtain a textbook as a reference if it is not assigned to them for the semester, provided that the full price of the book is paid without any subsidy.
 - Students can find textbook prices through the 
                     Self-Service System.
 
Textbooks Delivery Service
This optional service allows the delivery of printed textbooks assigned to student courses. The service can now be requested through the 
                  Self-Service System with additional fees.

                  Service Delivery Fees:
- Packaging fee: 15 QR, paid to Qatar University (non-refundable).
 - Delivery fee: 25 QR, payable in cash to Qatar Post upon receiving your textbooks.
  
 
                  Service Delivery Time:
Textbook parcels will be delivered within 3–5 working days after processing by the University Textbooks Section.
