About the Collaboration:
The National Educational Development Center (NEDC) designs and delivers customized training programs for Edaad International Academy, with the aim of enhancing teachers’ skills and strengthening their professional competencies, thereby positively impacting teaching quality and students’ academic achievement.
The program focuses on both theoretical and practical aspects of modern teaching methodologies and equips teachers with advanced technological tools and techniques to design innovative and effective learning activities that align with contemporary educational environments and achieve the intended learning outcomes.
Objectives of the Collaboration:
• Enhance teachers’ pedagogical knowledge by providing academic and research-based expertise that enables them to understand the theoretical foundations and effective teaching practices.

About the Program:
This program is a strategic initiative specifically designed to promote sustainable professional development for teachers and school leaders at Al Andalus Schools Complex.
It provides a comprehensive and integrated framework focused on developing and delivering diverse, practice-based learning experiences that address actual educational needs and align with current knowledge trends in the field, ensuring the translation of institutional excellence goals into effective pedagogical practices.
The program covers two main themes: Effective Teaching Practices (through diversifying instructional strategies, assessment methods, and competence development) and Distinguished Educational Leadership (through program evaluation, positive behavior support, and effective school planning).
This comprehensive content is delivered over a period of three years, totaling 110 specialized training hours.
