Qatar University, through the Engineering Services Department, continues to make dedicated efforts to enhance environmental performance across the campus.
As part of this commitment, the University has announced the release of its Carbon Footprint Report, reflecting its ongoing efforts to promote environmental sustainability and strengthen transparency in measuring the climate impact of its activities.
The report provides a comprehensive analysis of greenhouse gas emission sources resulting from various operational processes on campus, including energy consumption, waste management, transportation, and other related activities. This assessment aims to enable the University to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective strategies to reduce emissions in the future.
