    SIS plays a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining enterprise-level systems essential to the university’s academic and student operations. These encompass the two principal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems—Banner and LMS ( Learning Management ) —as well as several additional platforms.

    Banner - Student Lifecycle Management System
    Banner by Ellucian serves as the core platform for managing the student academic lifecycle. Key functionalities include:
    • Admissions and Enrollment: Applicants submit their applications online, and departments can manage criteria-based evaluations and approvals.
    • Course Registration: Real-time course enrollment, waitlist handling, and scheduling optimization ensure a seamless registration experience.
    • Academic Records and Transcripts: Grades, GPAs, and academic standings are maintained with transparency and integrity.
    • Faculty Interaction: Faculty access portals to manage class rosters, grade submissions, and student communication.
    • Student Self-Service: Students manage their academic activities through a centralized, secure portal.
    Custom Extensions and Integrations
    Recognizing that no off-the-shelf system fully addresses all institutional needs, we have developed multiple custom extensions and integrations to ensure that our enterprise systems are adaptable and continuously aligned with evolving strategic and regulatory requirements.
    Blackboard LMS
    Blackboard Learn is a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) developed by Blackboard Inc., now part of Anthology, used to deliver online and hybrid learning experiences.
