Consultation

The Center provides consulting services to the internal and external parties. These services can be in the form of advisory, supervisory or implementation nature, and skilled experts with specialized knowledge and experience will provide them. The Center's consultancy policy and procedures embraces the university-based consultancy.

The university-based consultancy services are divided into the commercial consultation and strategic consultation undertaken through the CEOE. Our services cover a wide range of business consulting services in the following areas of innovation, entrepreneurship and small business development. These may entail, but are by no means limited to, feasibility studies, business advisory services, project management and supervision, policy studies, business development and expansion, strategy formulation, preparation of key documents such as tender documents, training, quality control, financial and accounting services, environmental or social impact studies, economic and financial analyses, professional editing, and public information provision.
