The program will develop strong technical abilities, research competencies, and effective communications skills. Upon completion of the Master of Accounting degree, students will be able to:
- Assess the ethical and regulatory environments for accountants.
- Apply analytical skills and discuss the implications of the findings to make informed and innovative decisions.
- Apply information technology to analyze and discuss financial and non-financial information.
- Build appropriate research skills needed for accounting practice.
- Discuss sustainability-related accounting issues/practices and interpret their implications within a global context.
- Develop research ideas that contribute to expand the body knowledge in accounting (Thesis track).
