Graduate Assistants

Graduate Assistantships (GA) are competitive positions that admitted graduate students can apply for.

Interested students should send their requests through email to GA@qu.edu.qa determining in which pillar from the following they are interested in:

1. Energy and Environment
2. Social Sciences and Humanities
3. Health and Biomedical Sciences
4. Information and Communication Technology

Please, attach supporting documents and make special consideration to the following points, since the selection will build on them:Graduate Assistant Application form (available during the admission period only)

2. Research Topic (if available)
3. CV ( QU ID must be included in the CV)- new students can ignore this condition.
4. Transcript showing latest GPA.
5. Publication(s)
6. Participation in conferences and workshops.
7. Especial experiences in specialization field.
8. Research/ mentoring experiences.
9. Recommendation letters from the student's professor/ supervisor.

1.  Applying for Graduate Assistant is available for new and current Qatar University Graduate Students.
2. Students who already have a job are not eligible to apply. Any missing document(s) will affect the decision of the committee.
