Invitation Cards

Main Ceremonies

Invitation cards will be distributed after the ceremony rehearsal in the Sports and Events Complex (A07) - Qatar University:

  • Distinguished Female Graduation Rehearsal: Saturday, 3 May 2025 at 9:00 am
  • Male Graduation Rehearsal: Saturday, 3 May 2025 at 12:30 pm
Distinguished female graduates will receive invitation cards for both the Distinguished Female Graduation Ceremony and their College Graduation Ceremony at the same time.

College Ceremonies (Female Graduates)

Invitation cards will be distributed in the Student Affairs Building (I11) - University Textbooks Hall at Qatar University:

Instructions

  • Present your QU ID card or Qatari ID to receive invitation cards
  • Only the graduate can collect the invitation card
  • Selling invitation cards is prohibited
  • For emergencies, contact gci@qu.edu.qa
