    Quality Assurance

The College of Medicine maintains a rigorous quality assurance and continuous improvement system for the MD Programme, aligned with national regulatory requirements and international benchmarks, particularly the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME) Global Standards.

The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Committee (QAAC) oversees all quality processes, including curriculum evaluation, programme performance monitoring, and analysis of student and graduate outcomes. It leads the preparation of accreditation self‑study reports, evidence documentation, and coordination of national and international accreditation reviews. The committee develops validated tools to collect feedback from students, faculty, alumni, and clinical partners, and produces annual quality reports shared with key stakeholders. It also supports faculty development in quality assurance and accreditation standards while monitoring the implementation of improvement plans across all programme phases.

Through these structured processes, the College ensures that the MD Programme meets global expectations for medical education and prepares graduates for seamless entry into residency programmes in Qatar and internationally.
