E-learning courses
Please read carefully the following terms before accessing the E-learning site or using a module. By accessing the site (which includes registering, purchasing or accessing a course) you accept and agree to all of the terms and conditions imposed in this page.
- Community Service and Continuing Education Center (CCE) offers e-learning courses in collaboration with worldwide leader in training and development.
- The e-Learning content is developed and maintained by training providers. CCE is only responsible for distribution, managing access and support of the e-learning courses.
- CCE will provide you a course completion certificate upon completion of all modules.
- In consideration of your payment, CCE will grant you a license to use the purchased e-learning courses for one year.
- This license is personal to you and Username and password will be issued to you.
- Use or sharing of your User Name and Password by another user is not permitted and will cause termination of your license.
- Purchased E-learning courses cannot be cancelled upon issuing of license.
- You shall not copy, modify, transmit, distribute or in any way exploit the e-Learning courses or any other copyrighted materials provided other than for your individual training. Any other purpose is expressly prohibited under these terms.
- You shall also not permit anyone else to copy, use, modify, transmit, distribute or in any way exploit the e-learning courses or any other copyrighted materials.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient and compatible hardware, software, telecommunications equipment and Internet service necessary for use of the Site and module.
- CCE will not be responsible for course evaluations or assessing the skills acquired by users upon completion of course. Any additional assessment required will be chargeable.
- E-learning courses are not subject to any discount offers. Minimum number of licenses to be acquired by any organization is 50 with no limits to the maximum number of licenses.
- Once purchase agreement is signed you will be given automatic access to the online materials for e-learning, no refund is available after you have accessed the e-learning portal.
- No refund is given where a delegate does not complete the course.
- No refund is given where an organization does not use the full number of licenses stipulated in the purchase agreement.
