Chapter Vision

To be the psychological entity that brings together those interested in the field, refines their skills, and invests their capabilities in promoting the culture of psychology in Qatari society.

Chapter Mission

We strive to be the umbrella that reunites graduates of Qatar University, providing necessary training in collaboration with local and international institutions, to increase psychological awareness in the community through community participation.

Chapter Goals:

• Gathering graduates interested in the psychological field.
• Developing and qualifying those working in the psychological field.
• Raising community awareness in the psychological field

The Three Types of Memberships:

Qatar University Graduates membership:

• Must hold a degree from Qatar University.
• Enjoys full access to 100% of the benefits the alumni association chapter provides.
• Privileged to attend all program​ms, events, and meetings and exclusive discounts on all programs.
• Entitled to participate in meetings and contribute actively.

Honorary membership for Non-Qatar University Graduates:

• Must hold a degree in Psychology from an accredited university.
• Eligible to receive 70% of the benefits provided by the alumni association chapter.
• Entitled to attend all meetings with exclusive discounts on selected programs.
• Entitled to participate in meetings and contribute actively.

Honorary Membership

• A highly skilled specialist in the field of Psychology, with extensive practical and academic experience in reputable institutions.
• Membership requires active engagement and meaningful contributions during meetings.
• Members are expected to deliver valuable scientific content that enhances the Chapter’s initiatives and benefits its members.

• Dr. Hamda Al-Mohanadi – Psychological Consultant – Behavioral Health Support Center.
• Dr. Ashraf Al-Arian – Psychological Specialist, Tests and Scales Department, Wifaq Center.
• Ms. Dhabya Al-Muqbali – Psychological and Social Support Counselor and Executive Director of a Mokhtass Center.
• Mr. Mohammed Kamal – Researcher and Specialist in Social Psychology and General Manager of a Mokhtass Center.
• Dr. Atef Al-Qasim – University Professor and President of the Psychological Sciences Association – Jordan.
• Dr. Riham Ali – Psychiatric Consultant, Founder and President of the Egyptian Association for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – Egypt.
